We work with landlords across residential rental properties helping to maintain safe, reliable and compliant electrical installations for tenants.
Do landlords need to arrange regular electrical inspections?
Yes. Landlords in England must have the electrical installations in their rental properties inspected and tested by a qualified person at least every five years, or more frequently if the previous report requires it. An Electrical Installation Condition Report, known as an EICR, identifies any defects or potential safety risks. Durasol Renewables can carry out the inspection, provide the report and explain any remedial work that may be required.
